General
The training is based on involvement; therefore, we have a mixture of lectures and
workshops. In addition, the program include self-study and homework. The homework is
related to what we covered in the previous phase. There is theoretical reading
assignments and more practical exercises, such as developing a WBS, negotiating, risk
analysis, presentation and reflection. Note that the literature is compatible with the guidelines
for PMP® certification, and the training program will entitle the participants to receive PDU
credits. It is possible to continue the education to PMP® level.
